Design an experience to help sell more second hand cars online in Indian Market
Solution
Video Cataloging for each car with provision to jump to relevant exhaustive section of a car
Impact
Phase 1 reduced the bounce rate by ~30% (~28% to ~19%) and increased avg. session duration (engagement) of the user has increased from 3:44 to 4.02.
Aim to increase total car deliveries by 7% to breakeven the cost of implementation.
Phase 2 increased the U2BC (User to Booking Confirmation) by 18%

Improving Car Inspection Experience
Problem Statement
Car inspections are crucial for selling cars. Currently, they are done manually and input into an app to determine the car's price. This process is slow and prone to errors, leading to inaccurate price calculations.
Solution
Providing assistance in required sections, automating most steps and changing the flow of inspection to improve TAT and accuracy
Impact
Designed an inspection procedure to increase accuracy by 4.5%, reduce TAT by 5% and increase in number of car we bought

Problem Statement
We observed a great fall in the part of our funnel where users visit the car but cancel the booking post that. Why do those cancellation happen and how can we reduce those cancellations
Solution
Increasing the transparency about the car on the detail page and helping them have the right expectations by showing relevant information in a digestable format.
Impact
Designed a complete flow of showing the Car Condition on Detail Page to improve percentage of token done by 13.73% and overall deliveries by 15.73%
